Shipping and delivery 

I (Emmalouise B Art) will despatch orders within one to seven working days unless stated otherwise within the product description. Shipping charges will be quoted at checkout when placing your order. I will despatch via Royal Mail or an alternative reputable courier service and full tracking details will be provided to confirm despatch.

The item will be despatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the delivery details are accurate. In the event of an item being shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate details being provided at checkout, Emmalouise B Art cannot be held responsible for the loss of the item. The buyer accepts that failure to provide accurate delivery information cannot be deemed a reason for a refund or return.

If incorrect details have been entered at checkout please contact me immediately via emmalouisebart@outlook.com. However, if the item has already been despatched by this point the information highlighted above applies.

To prevent any fraudulent transactions, Emmalouise B Art has the right to refuse a sale where the customer requests the item to be sent to an alternative delivery address after checkout is complete.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to track the order once tracking information has been updated. I cannot guarantee a timescale for the delivery and cannot compensate for any delays as a result of the postal service as this is outside my control. I, Emmalouise B Art will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of the delay or failure to receive a product by a particular date and the buyer accepts that delays in delivery due to the postal service cannot be deemed a reason for a refund or return.

 

 

International Shipping and custom charges

International customers are advised to take note of the shipping and delivery section quoted within these terms and conditions. Any item delivered internationally we be dispatched via a tracking service and you will receive tracking information following dispatch of the product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track your order once tracking information has been provided. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. The shipping fee only covers the cost of dispatching the item to your country and does NOT include custom charges.

Please note that if purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you may incur custom charges. This is completely out of my control and it is the responsibility of the buyer to take note of any custom charges or import taxes incurred and when purchasing from this site, you accept that Emmalouise B Art is not responsible for refunding any customs charges or import taxes as a result of your purchase. 

If you refuse to pay the custom charges and import taxes, you are then responsible for paying the original shipping costs and any custom charges or import taxes that have been incurred following your purchase along with the cost of returning the package. These charges will be deducted from your refund and Emmalouise B Art.

International customers are reminded that the price quoted on this site is in Great British Pounds (GBP) and the price charged by your credit card or bank might vary due to the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Emmalouise B Art is not responsible for refunding any charges incurred as a result of the exchange rate and it is your responsibility to take note of any charges likely to occur as a result of converting currencies. 

International customers are reminded that Emmalouise B Art is a UK based online store and might therefore not comply with Laws in your country of origin. When purchasing from Emmalouise B Art, it is your responsibility to ensure products are compliant within your country of origin and failure to take note of this prior to purchase cannot be deemed a reason for refund or return.

 

 

Packaging

All products are hand packaged by myself and every effort is made to ensure they are packaged securely to prevent damage. Products will be packed in various packaging depending on the particular product purchased from Emmalouise B Art. I will usually packages products using the following materials: cardboard/paper box, tissue paper, waterproof polythene mail bag and bubble wrap. Some materials such as carboard, bubble wrap and plastic filling may be clean re-cycled packaging.

 

 

Unclaimed packages and Incorrect delivery details

In the event of returned or unclaimed packages, Emmalouise B Art is not responsible for re-paying the postage costs. If you wish to have the package re-delivered the buyer is responsible for re-paying the full postage costs. If you decide you would no longer like the product, a refund for the value of the product can be issued but this does not including the initial postage costs.
